Outside is a gardener’s haven ...

A simple concrete patio is surrounded by both a large lawn and extensive landscaping comprising hundreds of perennials, re-seeding annuals, flowering vines, roses, bulbs, shrubs, berries, a separate herb bed, and a substantial area for growing vegetables each year.  Many birds and butterflies come to visit.

A magnificent mature maple tree is in the frontyard; a young birch and a serviceberry tree in the back.  The soil is rich and healthy, maintained organically.  Two rain barrels catch runoff from the roof for watering.  A custom 5-foot fence creates an idyllic retreat with an arbor over the gate where wisteria blooms each spring.
